We The American People are not lawyers.
The current political environment of America is corruption.
There are 6,000 laws in 18 USC, where all Americans will become criminals under such a political system, where there are 30,000 laws that congress has created. The People can not stay in compliance with 6,000 laws, because the People are not lawyers. The People are unqualified to practice law, so they can not be expected to stay in compliance with a law library. The insurrection has happened as America and the republic was assaulted not with a military, but with legalism, a custom from China, where America was founded to be a free and sovereign nation of People, before the insurrection of 1787 happened. In the Declaration of Independence, the job of government was to secure and protect the unalienable rights of the People to their own life, liberty, and happiness. The rule of legalism assaults the rights, freedoms, and sovereignty of the People, were both political parties have abdicated their right to govern by committing acts of treason waged on the People by making the 13TH and 14TH Amendments that attacks, assaults, rapes, and violates the unalienable rights of the People. It is asked that you are no longer a SAMBO for the status quo and liberate the People of America from jurisdictional slavery. It is here by so ordered, as the Preamble of the Constitution is to secure liberty, and promote the general welfare of the People. Crime does not affect 97% of the People. America being a policestate is an act of treason and insurrection waged on the People and the Nation. Article 3, Section 3 of the United States Constitution.
