JUDY NOTE: In 2018 Trump signed Executive Order 13848, declaring a national emergency in the event of foreign interference in a U.S. election – which happened in the 2020 Election – and automatically made Trump Commander-in-Chief BEFORE a fake Biden was sworn in as US President in a fake inauguration ceremony partially filmed on a Hollywood movie set.

On January 11, 2021 as Commander-in-Chief, Trump signed the Stafford Act and then in 2025 activated documents of the Law of War Manual called PEADS (Presidential Emergency Action Documents) – wartime powers reserved for existential threats – which was the Global Illuminati Deep State Cabal that was in the process of taking control over the entire World.

The activation of PEADS documents ensured a Continuity of Government in the US and allowed for communications blackouts, military tribunals, arrests, asset seizures and full-scale responses to foreign infiltration.
