People fail to realize Satan is the god of this world, and that he has used deception and infiltration of the truth to blind the majority. This includes those that claim to believe but do not understand, and cannot therefore follow.
Once the Pre tribulation Rapture deception is revealed to be another false gospel message, many will fall away from the faith.

We must, through much tribulation enter into the kingdom of God. Those who are misled by the Pre tribulation Rapture deception do not understand the promises of Christ. One of which is, thy Kingdom come thy will be done on earth as it is in Heaven.
The Rapture haters always forget that part of the teaching, in which the wise virgins are taught to have their oil, the watchman is to stay on alert, and the workmen are never to be found sleeping on the job.
Not that salvation is by works, but your attitude is as though some vital work would be forgotten by the pro-Rapturists.

I don’t believe that you have to follow the 9/23 speculation, in order to be saved. You don’t necessarily have to consider the Great American eclipse, 1&2, to be Biblical markers, in order to have a knowledge of saving grace.
But, speaking rhetorically, now –
If you want to use the symbolism of Lot and Noah, all of these things can happen on separate days —
1. The matter is judged. Like, in the example of the handwriting on the wall, that you are measured and found wanting.
2. The door to the ark is closed, or Lot has turned his back on the city.
3. Sentencing is passed. Sodom falls, the world is flooded. Babylon is invaded.
To the best of my recollection, the date of the flood is given in the Bible. 17 (Mar)cheshvan? It falls near 10/30-to 11/1?
If you mean to wait on this prediction, the window hasn’t passed, yet.
But, at some point, you have to determine when someone is a false prophet. You can’t just let them keep kicking the can down the road, and sounding the false alarm, and taking your money, year after year, ongoing. That person is not being accountable.
“Rapture” is an illusion first thought up in the early 1800′s. It is escapism, just another “ism” that some find attractive to believe in.
Just remember…belief never makes an absurdity true. If a religion can get you to believe in absurdities, it can also get you to commit atrocities.
