Too Much Evil to Fix

Over the past number of years, starting in earnest with Obama, evil has been steadily growing throughout America and imitated throughout global society. It’s as though this darkness has escaped the bottle and has absolutely no desire to go away quietly. It will either be forced to relent or it will gain full sway over global society. Chances are excellent that eventually, it will gain full sway over global society. The Bible itself promises this throughout into the last book of the New Testament, Revelation.

It should be no surprise to readers that with the exception of pockets here and there, the entire world is heading for a date with God’s wrath. Unfortunately, it is fully deserved because of how corrupt this earth has become.

In Genesis 6, we are told pointedly, that the entire earth had become truly evil.

…the Lord saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every intent of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. 6 And the Lord was sorry that He had made man on the earth, and He was grieved in His heart. 7 So the Lord said, “I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth, both man and beast, creeping thing and birds of the air, for I am sorry that I have made them.” 8 But Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord. (Genesis 6:5-8)

11 The earth also was corrupt before God, and the earth was filled with violence. 12 So God looked upon the earth, and indeed it was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted their way on the earth. (Genesis 6:11-12)

Of course, within the context, this occurred after the “sons of God” found a way to mate with “daughters of men.” The offspring was human hybrid and evil. It was those individuals, along with the original sons of God who brought wickedness and chaos to this earth. Out of the entire human population, apparently only Noah (and his immediate family) found grace in the Lord’s sight. It seems that increasing evil and violence are connected. One produces the other.

Segue to the time when Jesus walked this earth.

37 But as the days of Noah were, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. 38 For as in the days before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, 39 and did not know until the flood came and took them all away, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. (Matthew 24:37-39)

It is interesting that Jesus pointed all the way back to Noah and in Luke, to Lot as well.

26 Just as it was in the days of Noah, so also will it be in the days of the Son of Man: 27 People were eating and drinking, marrying and being given in marriage, up to the day Noah entered the ark. Then the flood came and destroyed them all.

28 It was the same in the days of Lot: People were eating and drinking, buying and selling, planting and building. 29 But on the day Lot left Sodom, fire and sulfur rained down from heaven and destroyed them all. (Luke 17:26-29)

There is something there that Jesus wants us to realize. What were the days of Noah and Lot actually like? Yes, people did the same normal things we do today. They ate and drank, married and gave in marriage. However, what were the days of Noah and Lot actually like? What was the tone or atmosphere? In both cases, the days were very dark indeed because of the level of evil throughout society. In Noah’s day, things were so bad over the face of the earth that people had become very much like demons in human skins. Everything they thought about and did was evil continually. This necessitated God destroying all living things on the earth and starting over with Noah and his family.

The same holds true with Lot. In Sodom, Gomorrah and the other cities of the plain, people were exceptionally wicked. It wasn’t simply men lying with men or women lying with women; an abomination to God. There was an underlying attitude of hatred borne of sincere selfishness that affected people’s outlook. They saw other people as only useful if they could get something from them. Otherwise, they could not care less. They would not go out of their way to help people and conversely, often went out of their way to harm people.

This vicious self-centered nature within people was the exact opposite of what God had intended to be part of the human condition. Again, with Sodom, Gomorrah and the other cities, God seemed to have little choice but to utterly destroy animals and people. There was no chance of rehabilitation, if you will.

Unfortunately, what is coming to light today is that, by and large, people are giving themselves over to absolute evil. They are so far over the edge, their actions and antics mimic that of demons. No normal person would do what many today are thinking, saying and doing.

Just a few cases in point. This past week, Islamic militant forces in Syria have gone after Alawites and anyone who is not a Shia Muslim. They show no mercy regardless of age or gender. I’ve seen too many videos of cold-blooded murder occurring and, as is often the case, the individuals executing people are delighted and celebrate by praising Allah (the moon god; aka Satan). I watched one video of a militant Islamist who found a young girl and began pushing her into a brick wall repeatedly. She fell down with her hands up and the video ended before he shot her to death.

Other videos show militant Islamists gathering people together (Alawites, Christians and the “wrong” kind of Muslims), and simply executing them. They seem to get sadistic pleasure from continuing to shoot them well after they are dead. In other instances, they tie the dead to the back of trucks or motorcycles and drag them through the streets. This is truly demonic. There seems not to be an ounce of humanity left in many. The fact that they can laugh about it after murdering people tells us everything. They honestly believe Allah is pleased.

Many have escaped from Syria to a safe place in Russian territory and are being protected by Russian military. But wait, isn’t Russia evil? That’s what the mainstream media and politicians tell us.

But it’s not just militant Islamists proving how demonic they are either. Sometimes it’s politicians. Sen. Bernie Sanders is having a “fight oligarchy tour.” During those rallies, a transgender punk rocker by the name of Laura Jane Grace (used to be Thomas James Gabel), sang and one song included these lyrics (my apologies ahead of time).

‘Does your God have a big fat d***? Cause it feels like he’s f***ing me’.

Really? Nothing is left to the imagination anymore. Everything is out there in all its vileness. This particular individual, apparently, has all sorts of issues he’s dealing with including depression, drug use, legal trouble, and gender dysphoria. I’m truly sorry for that person, but he somehow opened the door to the demonic realm and is now getting what he played for. Too many politicians are starting to use very coarse language in congressional meetings as well. The “F” bomb has entered center stage in politics. The dam has burst.

But consider the fact that once again, those folks have become what God did not intend them to be. People like this have completely and continually rejected God (Romans 1), and the results become plain to see. At least some of them will tell you they are “Christian” too.

Does anyone actually think the transgender musician above is what we would consider normal and healthy? Certainly not. That a person could create such wicked, evil and blasphemous lyrics tells me that actual demons are involved in the shaping of this person’s mind, outlook and worldview.

Though good things are being accomplished by the Trump administration, evil’s rising presence is seriously noticeable. In fact, the more good is done, the more evil rises to the surface. Pablo Frascini comments on the fact that this world seems to going to hell in a handbasket in an 18-minute video.[1]

A natural result of this growing evil is that crime in general is way up all over. Some of it is due to massive amounts of foreign born people illegally here in the USA, thanks to Biden. Many are criminals in their homelands and they simply bring their criminal activity here to the USA. We are familiar with at least some of the heinous crimes perpetrated by some of those people. But beyond this, there are those who were legally born in the USA decades ago and over time as they grew, they became hardwired for a purpose other than what God intended humanity to be.

Michael Yon discusses this problem and how the UN/IOM is what he calls, “the main engine of invasion” to destabilize and overthrow governments.[2] It’s really a weaponized war of invasion. Yon notes that after invasion, comes famine. The war on farmers and food has been in the works for a while now, all under “climate change.” It all emanates from the global criminal cabal.

Here in the USA, two people in Florida have been arrested for the brutal torture, murder and dismemberment of a young teenage mom. She apparently responded to the man in a dating app. When she arrived to her destination, she was essentially kidnapped, not allowed to leave. The man and the woman there accused the young mom of stealing a ring from them. So, they beat her, shoved a billiard ball in her mouth then covered her head with plastic wrap so that she suffocated and died. They then took her to another place and dismembered her and threw her in a dumpster.

Both suspects have been arrested and charged with murder and other crimes. But my question is, what causes people to act like this? Demons. 

I understand that serial killers and crime in general have been around for generations. That’s not new. What is new is the amount of this type of violence that is repeatedly occurring throughout the world, increasing as it does. Was the situation during Noah’s day worse? How much worse? The world is certainly getting to that point again, just as Jesus said it would.

By the time the coming Tribulation is triggered, I’m guessing that much of the human population on earth will be either demonized from the outside or fully possessed. It seems like demons are now chomping at the bit to take over people’s minds and bodies. I belief it is why we are having so many people believe they are “transgenders” as just one example.

Pablo Frascini asks where is the church? Great question. Where is the church? It’s almost as though the Church (in large measure, but not completely), has lost its way. Too many Christians are focused on the bells and whistles of the worship service and a feel good message that’s “inclusive.” Few seem involved in trying to reach the world for Jesus and standing against the growing tide of evil. Those who do are accused of being “political,” “haters” and/or “right-wing extremists.” It’s almost as though the growing evil in the world is getting too big to actually fix.

But to end this on a high note, authentic committed Christians who see this occurring throughout the globe are not going to be taken by surprise when the problems grow more and more pronounced. Those of us who understand what Satan is being allowed to accomplish also understand that it is happening because God is allowing it, all for His purposes.

Because I understand that society is increasing in evil, it doesn’t surprise me when I see those things happening. It also doesn’t surprise me that Satan and his minions are impacting the world with a greater, darker presence than they have previously. Satan knows his time is getting short, therefore he seems to be doubling his efforts.

Because I’m not surprised (but saddened), by this increasing evil, I am also very aware that God continues to protect His own, those who actively wait upon Him and His strength. I’ve shared these verses before, but they bear repeating.

17 The Lord is righteous in all His ways,

Gracious in all His works.

18 The Lord is near to all who call upon Him,

To all who call upon Him in truth.

19 He will fulfill the desire of those who fear Him;

He also will hear their cry and save them.

20 The Lord preserves all who love Him,

But all the wicked He will destroy. (Psalm 145:17-20)

I often repeat these verses to myself and concentrate on the wording because in them, we see truth about God and how He effectively deals with those who are not only called according to His purposes, but actually yearn to fear Him more and live rightly before Him. God is there to deliver us, protect us and preserve us. Of course, we must actively believe that and look for it in each circumstance we encounter. Sometimes that is not easy.

Another section of verses that acts as a bookend to the ones above are found in Psalm 37:1-5.

1 Do not fret because of evildoers, Nor be envious of the workers of iniquity.
2 For they shall soon be cut down like the grass, And wither as the green herb.
3 Trust in the Lord, and do good; Dwell in the land, and feed on His faithfulness.
4 Delight yourself also in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
5 Commit your way to the Lord, Trust also in Him, And He shall bring it to pass.

Both of these sets of verses require something of us. Our job is to exercise trust in Him in all situations and that may take effort on our part. Yet, we need to push through.

Yesterday, I was having a difficult time focusing my brain and emotions on what I wanted them to reflect. So, I prayed that He would help me think, feel, say and do what He wanted, as I understood what He wanted me to be. Since I believe this to be a godly prayer, one that conforms to His will, I had little difficulty believing He would do what I asked and He did. It was difficult for me to get and stay there emotionally, but I kept going back to the idea that my desire was in line with His will and therefore, He would provide.

As evil continues rising with a greater impact on society, don’t be dismayed. Don’t be overcome with doubt. God remains in charge. It is He and He alone who rules over this world. His protective hand is on us and He will carry us through each situation as we depend upon Him.

Things in this world are going to worsen. But that does not have to overcome and defeat us.
