Dear Mr. Ken Hyle,

 

Recently Michael-Howard and I communicated via telephone and the USPSInc. mail about his “good time credits” being “credited” to him. I reviewed the published manuals for the prison system and Michael-Howard should have been released June, 2017 and this is the best explanation that I have to explain why I am writing to you via the “contact us” page at https://www.bop.gov/inmates/concerns.jsp.

As best as I can determine there is a problem with the unit manager at Safford, Arizona prison. I realize that their must be a liability problem as Michael was asked to agree and sign a release of liability form. I realize that the cusip number is necessary to have. May I ask you for an audit of that cusip number, and please provide that to me ? I would like to have that information as I review the Form 95 and all necessary information.                 What would be the appropriate method to send that form 95 to  MICHAEL HOWARD REED (04414048) for “Good Time ” Credited to that account data number? I do have Michael-Howard’s POA to ask this, including for Veterans benefits. I do advocate for Veterans and Michael-Howard is a US ARMY Veteran.

To begin,Michael-Howard sent to Grand Prairie Texas via a form given to him by Bernie Thomas,unit manager, Safford, Arizona for his good time credits,so that he would be released to go home to be with his loved ones and his family.                         

 The unit manager said for him to fill out those forms. ( I do have the dates and form numbers.)   

  This is my question about why Michael was told to fill out the appropriate forms and mail off to Grand Prairie,Texas when it is the unit manager, Bernie Thomas job duties?                     

                                                                

    Is this function within the scope of the job duties of the unit manager? As best as I can determine it appears to me to be failure of performance by the unit managers/staff employees and a denial of lack of honest services to Michael-Howard by those same staff and employees.

   Mr. Hyle, I am very interested and concerned about the fact that Michael-Howard was wrongly prosecuted, and is being held as an innocent man and a political prisoner.

  My hobby does include written works, published works and deep investigations into the case of US V REED,DAVIS from its inception and hope to release a full publication of the facts.

Thank you for both helping me and Michael-Howard in this matter to obtain release and freedom for Michael-Howard so that he will be with his loved ones and family.

   I do appreciate your  immediate attention to this matter.

        11 Sue Fox News, Citing ‘Intolerable’ Racial Bias

        Troubles at Fox News were compounded yet again on Tuesday, with the emergence of new allegations of racial discrimination at the company coming less than a week after the ouster of the network’s star Bill O’Reilly.

        Eleven current and former Fox News employees filed a class-action lawsuit in New York against the network, accusing it of “abhorrent, intolerable, unlawful and hostile racial discrimination.”

        The lawsuit, filed in State Supreme Court in the Bronx, expands a complaint filed at the end of March by Tichaona Brown and Tabrese Wright, two black women who worked in the Fox News payroll department. In particular, the suit contends that Judith Slater, the company’s longtime comptroller, engaged in racist behavior and made racist remarks and that senior executives ignored her actions. A third Fox News employee, Monica Douglas, joined the lawsuit earlier this month. Fox News fired Ms. Slater in February.

        “When it comes to racial discrimination, 21st Century Fox has been operating as if it should be called 18th Century Fox,” the plaintiffs’ lawyers, Douglas H. Wigdor and Jeanne M. Christensen, said in a statement, referring to Fox News’s parent company. “We sincerely hope the filing of this race class action wakes 21st Century Fox from its slumbers and inspires the company to take a conciliatory and appropriate approach to remedy its wrongs.”

        Another former Fox News employee, Adasa Blanco, filed a separate racial discrimination lawsuit on Tuesday against Fox News, Ms. Slater and Dianne Brandi, the top lawyer at Fox News, in federal court in the Southern District of New York.

        In a statement, Catherine M. Foti, a lawyer for Ms. Slater, called the lawsuits “meritless and frivolous.”

        ”All claims of racial discrimination against Ms. Slater are completely false,” she said.

        A Fox News spokeswoman said the network and Ms. Brandi “vehemently” denied the allegations, calling them “copycat claims” from the original lawsuit.

        In the class-action lawsuit — which names Ms. Slater, Ms. Brandi, Fox News and 21st Century Fox as defendants — the 11 current and former employees said that Ms. Brandi and Denise Collins, a human resources executive at Fox News, were aware of complaints about Ms. Slater’s racist behavior but told black employees that “nothing could be done because Slater knew too much about senior executives,” including Roger E. Ailes, the company’s former chief executive; Mark Kranz, the chief financial officer; and Mr. O’Reilly.

        According to the class-action suit, Ms. Douglas complained in November 2014 to Ms. Brandi about Ms. Slater’s behavior. Another former Fox News employee, Wasim Rafick, who worked in the company’s payroll department from 2003 to 2016, complained about Ms. Slater’s behavior to Ms. Brandi and Ms. Collins in 2015 and in 2016.

        The lawsuit filed by Ms. Blanco contends that she informed Ms. Brandi about Ms. Slater’s conduct as early as September 2008.

        Among the plaintiffs is Kelly Wright, a current Fox News anchor and former co-host of “Fox & Friends Weekend.” He said Mr. O’Reilly refused to allow him on his show to discuss racial conciliation and instead suggested he should call Mr. Ailes and Bill Shine, one of the network’s presidents, and “offer to sing the national anthem at the Fox News Town Halls,” according to the suit. The suit also contends that Ms. Slater demanded that minority employees arm-wrestle white female supervisors for her own “entertainment and amusement.”

        Ms. Slater also mocked how black employees pronounced words like “ask” and “mother” and asked some black employees, “Who is going to Africa?” after President Trump’s travel ban, according to the suit.

        Fox News has been reeling since the ouster of Mr. Ailes last summer amid a sexual harassment scandal. A New York Times investigation published this month revealed that five women had received a total of roughly $13 million to settle complaints about sexual harassment or other inappropriate behavior by Mr. O’Reilly. The network then faced an exodus by advertisers from Mr. O’Reilly’s show. Protests and denunciations by women’s rights groups followed before Mr. O’Reilly’s ouster.

        On Monday, Fox News introduced a new prime-time lineup, and other cable news networks are hoping to take advantage of the upheaval to cut into Fox News’s ratings lead.

        Julie Roginsky, an on-air contributor at Fox News, also filed a sexual harassment lawsuit this month against the network, Mr. Ailes and Mr. Shine. Ms. Roginsky said she had faced retaliation for refusing sexual advances from Mr. Ailes.

        Also on Tuesday, Rupert Murdoch, the head of 21st Century Fox, sent a memo to Fox News employees extolling the network’s ratings from Monday night, its first night with its reconfigured prime-time lineup missing Mr. O’Reilly.

        “I know the last few weeks have been tough for everyone here, but our passion for news and commitment to our viewers continue to lead us through,” Mr. Murdoch wrote in the memo, which was obtained by Business Insider. “Congratulations and thank you for all your hard work.”

Another former Fox News employee, Wasim Rafick, who worked in the company’s payroll department from 2003 to 2016, complained about Ms. Slater’s behavior to Ms. Brandi and Ms. Collins in 2015 and in 2016.

        The lawsuit filed by Ms. Blanco contends that she informed Ms. Brandi about Ms. Slater’s conduct as early as September 2008.

        Among the plaintiffs is Kelly Wright, a current Fox News anchor and former co-host of “Fox & Friends Weekend.” He said Mr. O’Reilly refused to allow him on his show to discuss racial conciliation and instead suggested he should call Mr. Ailes and Bill Shine, one of the network’s presidents, and “offer to sing the national anthem at the Fox News Town Halls,” according to the suit. The suit also contends that Ms. Slater demanded that minority employees arm-wrestle white female supervisors for her own “entertainment and amusement.”

        Ms. Slater also mocked how black employees pronounced words like “ask” and “mother” and asked some black employees, “Who is going to Africa?” after President Trump’s travel ban, according to the suit.

        Fox News has been reeling since the ouster of Mr. Ailes last summer amid a sexual harassment scandal. A New York Times investigation published this month revealed that five women had received a total of roughly $13 million to settle complaints about sexual harassment or other inappropriate behavior by Mr. O’Reilly. The network then faced an exodus by advertisers from Mr. O’Reilly’s show. Protests and denunciations by women’s rights groups followed before Mr. O’Reilly’s ouster.

        On Monday, Fox News introduced a new prime-time lineup, and other cable news networks are hoping to take advantage of the upheaval to cut into Fox News’s ratings lead.

        Julie Roginsky, an on-air contributor at Fox News, also filed a sexual harassment lawsuit this month against the network, Mr. Ailes and Mr. Shine. Ms. Roginsky said she had faced retaliation for refusing sexual advances from Mr. Ailes.

        Also on Tuesday, Rupert Murdoch, the head of 21st Century Fox, sent a memo to Fox News employees extolling the network’s ratings from Monday night, its first night with its reconfigured prime-time lineup missing Mr. O’Reilly.

        “I know the last few weeks have been tough for everyone here, but our passion for news and commitment to our viewers continue to lead us through,” Mr. Murdoch wrote in the memo, which was obtained by Business Insider. “Congratulations and thank you for all your hard work.”

      11 Sue Fox News, Citing ‘Intolerable’ Racial Bias

      Troubles at Fox News were compounded yet again on Tuesday, with the emergence of new allegations of racial discrimination at the company coming less than a week after the ouster of the network’s star Bill O’Reilly.

      Eleven current and former Fox News employees filed a class-action lawsuit in New York against the network, accusing it of “abhorrent, intolerable, unlawful and hostile racial discrimination.”

      The lawsuit, filed in State Supreme Court in the Bronx, expands a complaint filed at the end of March by Tichaona Brown and Tabrese Wright, two black women who worked in the Fox News payroll department. In particular, the suit contends that Judith Slater, the company’s longtime comptroller, engaged in racist behavior and made racist remarks and that senior executives ignored her actions. A third Fox News employee, Monica Douglas, joined the lawsuit earlier this month. Fox News fired Ms. Slater in February.

      “When it comes to racial discrimination, 21st Century Fox has been operating as if it should be called 18th Century Fox,” the plaintiffs’ lawyers, Douglas H. Wigdor and Jeanne M. Christensen, said in a statement, referring to Fox News’s parent company. “We sincerely hope the filing of this race class action wakes 21st Century Fox from its slumbers and inspires the company to take a conciliatory and appropriate approach to remedy its wrongs.”

      Another former Fox News employee, Adasa Blanco, filed a separate racial discrimination lawsuit on Tuesday against Fox News, Ms. Slater and Dianne Brandi, the top lawyer at Fox News, in federal court in the Southern District of New York.

      The lawsuits contend that Fox News employees repeatedly complained about racial discrimination to current network executives but that no action was taken and that the inappropriate behavior continued.

      In a statement, Catherine M. Foti, a lawyer for Ms. Slater, called the lawsuits “meritless and frivolous.”

      ”All claims of racial discrimination against Ms. Slater are completely false,” she said.

      A Fox News spokeswoman said the network and Ms. Brandi “vehemently” denied the allegations, calling them “copycat claims” from the original lawsuit.

      In the class-action lawsuit — which names Ms. Slater, Ms. Brandi, Fox News and 21st Century Fox as defendants — the 11 current and former employees said that Ms. Brandi and Denise Collins, a human resources executive at Fox News, were aware of complaints about Ms. Slater’s racist behavior but told black employees that “nothing could be done because Slater knew too much about senior executives,” including Roger E. Ailes, the company’s former chief executive; Mark Kranz, the chief financial officer; and Mr. O’Reilly.

      According to the class-action suit, Ms. Douglas complained in November 2014 to Ms. Brandi about Ms. Slater’s behavior. Another former Fox News employee, Wasim Rafick, who worked in the company’s payroll department from 2003 to 2016, complained about Ms. Slater’s behavior to Ms. Brandi and Ms. Collins in 2015 and in 2016.

If you are going to use a regular truck I would use something like a Dodge Diesel or a Chevy with the Duramax engine in it as this equipment if very heavy.. Even if you only need one Goose Neck lets go back and move the second one out to my office building after you have secured the first one. I will forward this email to Herman, so he should now let you borrow my forklift and at least one trailer. Maybe Jeremiah’s brother could borrow one also.
          There are two goosenecks. One is 25ft and the other is 30ft. The Grader might be able to be hauled on the 30 ft goose neck, but it will be a very heavy load. I think that the Grader is needed to build the roads and in the soil in NV you might not need to actually build a road with base rock and all of that other crap. I had land before in NV and all I had to do was just use a grader to level it a little and move the rocks out of the way. Graders are great for moving rocks over into piles and then you can scoop them up and haul them away with a dump truck. But if you need to build a road with road base then you would need to have the rock crusher and generator and the 6 yard Clark 560 front end loader to load the trucks. What I used to do is, I would have my drivers dump the load of rock on the new road and then I would leave the small D 7 on that spot and the driver would get out and spread the rock, and then leave the D7 idling and go for another load of gravel. So I was really just using the small dozer to spread the rock in-between each semi load of rock that was dumped. I used to use the D 9 in the Gravel pit to just push the blasted base rock toward the Rock Crusher. I used the Front end loader for the purpose of loading the semi truck in between each load. I used the Track Hoe with back hoe attachment to dig water lines and such. Note that overall it is cheaper and easier to rent a ditch witch and just dig a narrow hole to get the water lines and things like that in fast; as it is a pain to fill a large trench with sand so that you don’t damage the pipes.
          Remember that in NV they might give you a hard time about getting the A.C., but we have the GALT Motor and this might be the only way to get power out there as fuel is expense. The Galt is working good enough to run the pit. I will send you the newest drawings in a couple of days. I did own two large Generators but I don’t know where they are now. One was a 100 KW and it was sitting on the rock crusher and the other one was 65 KW and it was on a separate trailer. Both units were in perfect working order when I was kidnapped.
          Remember we still need to find the best way to get the Platinum out of the dirt. You know the leach method might work, especially if we can use Acids and’/or chemicals like Cyan. in the sprinkler system. Maybe we can pan the dirt with vibration. But remember this is called Flower Platinum, as the particles are small and you can really see them good if you have a cheap microscope. Have you heard about using a frequency to remove elements? Note there should be enough gold in the dirt with the Platinum to actually make these claims pay for themselves even with out the Pl. Doug really was a mining expert and alchemist.
          We should name this mining operation the Noland Claims in memory of my friend if you want.

      Hi there, I was reading this study on this wrongly accused, on indictment, from BNA reporter and the law professor that did the study, is Jon Gould professor at the American university school of public affairs in Washington, exoneration study, and the other professor it the study is Richard a. Leo, professor at the university of San Francisco school of law, what I am asking if you can find an E-mail address for them and
      send them my filing on the 2241, and the 2255, for my actual innocent claim,
      and send them the filing of the fraud upon the court that I filed in all cases, where they entered the filing as A miscellanies filing, so it would be at the end of the dockets, in all the cases, and explain that the yoke of the conviction that I can not file on from in hear with out persecution, and maybe it fits in with there study of wrongfully convictions, I don’t know what else to do? thank you;

      We are having our next meeting in Harrison at the community garden this Wed. Sept. 5th @ 6pm. We are now ready for planting so bring your seeds. We will be planting. Also during our last meeting those present decided to put $5 each towards our domain names so now we will only have both Occupy the Ozarks domain names. Please bring your money.       Hello occupiers,

      Our next meeting will be 6pm tomorrow Wed. Aug. 29th @ Alexander park in Branson, MO. I just found out that our internet sites are about to expire so we need to discuss what to do about those. We will also be discussing Occupy Monsanto upcoming next month as well as Occupy Harrison’s community garden. Thank you to everyone who participated in getting Harrison’ s garden ready for planting: Luanne Todd, James Reardon, Jed Fisher, and Zach Bronson. We will be planting soon.       Occupy the Ozarks meeting @ Harrison’s community garden Wed Aug 22nd at 6pm

      Hey occupiers,

      We are having our next meeting tomorrow August 22nd at Harrison’s community garden @ 6pm. We may meet earlier if everything is in place for our garden. Please follow us on facebook for that and I will call those who regularly attend meetings for more info.. We just had a rally against Billy Long and the Tea Party Patriots for supporting him and his fellow candidates! We will try to talk more about that at the meeting. Also Occupy Monsanto is coming up soon. I now have the schedule/details for that.       Occupy the Ozarks meeting rescheduled @ the Community garden in Harrison, AR

      Hey occupiers,

      Last week’s meeting will be rescheduled for this week. So we will meet this week again at the community garden in Harrison at 6pm Wed. Aug. 8th(directions are in a previous blog). To till or not to till that is the question. lol Join us as we continue our discussion about gardening and plan our garden accordingly.
