NAVY LCDR LATEST OFFICER TO PLEAD GUILTY IN “FAT LEONARD” BRIBERY SCANDAL – ADMITS TAKING ENVELOPES OF CASH – SERVICES OF A PROSTITUTE – TODD MALAKI FACES UP TO FIVE YEARS IN PRISON WHEN SENTENCED JULY 6 IN FEDERAL COURT SAN DIEGO

The eighth person to plead guilty to bribery in what has come to be known as the “Fat Leonard” – U.S. Navy scandal has cut a deal with investigators.

LCDR Todd Malaki agreed to plead guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit bribery before U.S. Magistrate Michael Dembin in San Diego Federal Court.

The 25-year Navy veteran had been charged with ACCEPTING CASH-STUFFED ENVELOPES, free use of luxury hotel rooms, and the services of a prostitute in exchange for tipping off Francis Glenn Defense Marine Asia as to classified ship schedules.  (I wonder why then never gave the millions of dollars amount?)

The Singapore-based contractor provided trash removal, food, water and security to American warships visiting Southeast Asian ports. Its boss, the mysterious moneyman “Fat Leonard,” is being held in federal custody and is said to be cooperating with investigators. So is Malaki, sources tell us.

HE’S STILL ON ACTIVE DUTY

Malaki, 44, remains on active duty with the Navy, awaiting his sentencing July 6th. The Clinton, Maine native, who admitted he started to accept cash bribes back in 2006, faces up to five years in prison.

The 2013 graduate of the U.S. Naval War College is free on $10,000 bail.

Two individuals, CAPT Michael Misiewicz, and civilian contracting officer Paul Simpkins, have been charged but pleaded “not guilty.”

A “DOUBLE-STANDARD” OF JUSTICE

One thing you can take to the bank – no flag officer is going to jail in this case, just as more then 10 so far this year alone.

Yes, several admirals have had their security clearance suspended, and will end up getting a slap on the wrist. But anyone below 0-7 is going to get hammered, while the top brass, as usual, will avoid real penalties.

Back years ago, the U.S. use to give Treasonous High Ranking military a firing squad for passing on Classified military information to foreign nations.  Remember, by US Law, the U.S. is, and has been at “War” for many years, yet this is just another High Treasonous Commander who will get no jail time for passing along “Classified Information/Documents” to a Foreign country for money, and women.  Just a few weeks ago, General Petraus (Be-trayed-Us) also got busted AND PLEADED GUILTY for “accidently” leaving Pentagon Classified Documents at his Foreign Mistresses apartment, and again, did not get any punishment for this crime!  Yet if a low ranking person gets caught with 1 joint or anything, they get thrown in Jail, and Kicked Out Immediately! 

So you tell me US citizens, not one of you, nor your Senators, Congressmen, or any other government official CARES!  The president signed our nation into A “WAR” Status; meaning we are at war, yet all these high ranking dishonorable military in power have been straight out caught being “Bribed”, yet nothing ever happens to them.  What does that tell you about your leadership?  And they called “Benedict Arnold” the worst Traitor?  He only gave little information because he was not paid by the Government for 6+ months, and needed money!  Todays Generals just do it like every normal day to dishonorably sell their oath and uniform for money!  Remember, NOT ALL military are honorable; espeically the Colonels and above; yet they want you to believe they are!
