They can also continue the conversation about this topic with the family the rest of the week even on Sunday Morning on their way to the Church or during their trip to their child’s sports events.

In the previous issues we studied how Jesus delegated His Power and Authority first to the 12 and then 70 of his disciples to go and: Spread the Gospel, Heal the Sick and Deliver the ones who are oppressed by the Demonic Spirits.

They all came back with same surprising results as Jesus had taught them to go and do with His Will and Delegated Power and Authority.

Please read the following information and verses to understand the phase in which Jesus gave taught them the Power of Intersession and access to The Father directly ‘In the Name of Jesus’ in addition to the Power and Authority Jesus had already given to them previously.

²³“And in that day you will ask Me nothing. Most assuredly, I say to you, whatever you ask the Father in My name He will give you.

²⁴ Until now you have asked nothing in My name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be full.

Here are some of the are the possible reasons we are not witnessing what Jesus taught us in John 16 and Mark 11:22-33 but very few have in the past and currently are not?

1. The Church and Denomination a person attends have set of Beliefs that do not accept what Jesus taught His Disciples and commissioned them go also make other the Disciples of Jesus.

2. The Church and Denomination a person attends have set of Beliefs that those works were for the Apostles and The First Generation of the Disciples and have passed away.

3. The enemy has confused the current church attendees to follow the same pattern as all other religions to offer their prayers and IF it is He will answer the prayer. If their prayer does not manifest, they begin to rationalize “that God must not want to provide the answer this time and He is teaching them to suffer!”

4. They do not faith in what Jesus taught was that each person you is Born Again has the same Power and Authority of Jesus as the Apostles and the 70 Disciples. “Have Faith in God” because it God Power working through our words.

5. They do not believe Jesus was giving to every one His followers His Word, Power and Authority.

6. The enemy of God has succeeded in misleading the followers of Jesus by not believing and receiving the answer to their prayers when they prayed but rather want them create a vacuum filled with doubt and fear during the time the prayer is made and the time went when the answer manifests.

7. The followers of Jesus are fearful to pray for someone and afraid they will not see the answer to their right away and lose their pride and credibility. It takes courage to step out pray for someone and believe to see the manifestation of God’s Word performing the miracles and restorations.

Parting thoughts:

The most exciting experience any follower of Jesus is to understand that as long as they are praying in line with the Promises in the Word of God they are doing their part and have Faith in God that the answer to the prayer will manifest so the Holy Spirit could do the manifesting.

Question the enemy raises in the minds and hearts of people: Does this even works today?
