Netherlands: Somali-Dutch Woman Wanted by US for Terrorism

% of readers think this story is Fact. Add your two cents.

-NOS

Dutch media is reporting that a Somali-Dutch woman named Khadra Essa, aka Umm Qaqa al-Somali, has a $5 million bounty on her head placed by the US Government. She reportedly traveled to Syria to join ISIS in 2014 and allegedly trained a female battalion. She is also reported to have transported two children with US citizenship to an unknown location in Syria. The children’s mother was reportedly an ISIS member as well and was reportedly killed after taking the children to Syria in 2015 without the father’s permission.

We have partially translated two separate Dutch news articles. While translating the first article from Telegraaf, we ran into a subscriber block, so we simply translated the last two paragraphs from NOS, which basically gives the rest of the information that is available.

Hopefully, DOS has sent a copy of her photo to Minneapolis. For all we know, she might be there, having traveled from Syria to the US with former President Joe Biden’s blessing.

America puts 5 million dollars on the head of Dutch ISIS terrorist, Khadra Essa: Orderer of physical punishment, execution, and murder

By Silvan Schoonhovn

Yesterday 14:25. Updated yesterday 16:38

The American Ministry for Foreign Affairs (Dept. of State) Rewards for Justice Program has put a maximum of  5 million dollars on the head of the Dutch ISIS terrorist, Khadra Essa. According to the Department, she played an important role as the main instructor in the female terror battalion, Nusaybah Khatibah.

According to the Department, the Somali-born Dutch national traveled to Syria in 2014, where she joined ISIS. The terror group trained her in the use of weapons, explosives, and suicide operations. She also allegedly recruited new members and called on her fellow believers to carry out suicide attacks, including abroad. Essa led a group that enforced Islamic law with violence against other women. She allegedly carried out corporal punishment and even gave orders for executions and murder.

From NOS (Nl) yesterday at 21:41

In addition, Essa allegedly kidnapped children on several occasions. According to Washington, in 2019, she took brother and sister, Yusuf and Zahra, both of American nationality, to an unknown place in Syria after their mother was killed in an attack on ISIS. Their mother allegedly took the children to Syria in 2015 to join ISIS, without permission from their father.

The Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs says they have no knowledge about the reward offered, and at this moment, they are not in contact with the US regarding the matter or the woman.
