The rotating brush on the street sweeper truck on the right snatched up a cable that lifted the other three vehicles.
I was thinking the same thing, however, Newton’s 3rd Law ( for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction) would apply.
I can’t see a reaction from the sweeper after presumably lifing 2 cars and a van off the ground. That seems improbable.

Looks like a guy on the far right is trying to stop the truck…stop it from running into the cable no doubt.
The cable has to be anchored up above somewhere, to be able to lift cars up when the truck pulls on it. Or pushes on it.
The stopping of the truck is the reaction.
Exactly… the key is to look at the right hand side. A person runs over aqnd tells the driver of the street sweeper to stop.

It would have effected all the vehicles at the same time if a cable was running across the road and that much weight being lifted up by the cable that would have been attached to the street sweeper would have moved the street sweeper to the left.
But the vehicles seemed to be effected in different areas not in a line or even close to a line…more like gravity dissipated for a few seconds or a really strong electromagnetic energy wave of some kind.
Fake. The person nearest the van is clearly green screened in and reacts before the vehicles start dancing around.
I didn’t see “clearly green screened” but anyway, a person who’s THERE will see the cable, maybe HEAR something, before we see the vehicles moved.
Or, the guy was stepping back because the vehicle was approaching rapidly.
That’s what lifted the first vehicle higher, than the others, its own inertia when it was snagged. It was going pretty fast.
