History will record the USA as a "Rogue State." and enemy of mankind, if this belligerence continues from plan to action
~~An alarming new Law has been passed in the US Congress - the “National Defence Authorization Act.” This authorizes the US to carry out a pre-emptive nuclear strike against China or Russia if they believe the latter will attack America in any way, whether cyber attack, currency war, or serious threat of a missile attack. The wording of the Act says “Defence” but it really authorizes “Attack.”
“Defence” in the eyes of honest, fair, intelligent and rational people of the world is justified but not “attack.” Political talk in the US is often clever double-talk for confusing the masses. Nations that start wars by attacking (as Germany did in 1939) are called “rogue states” and in passing this Law, the US has just announced with this Law that it is actually a rogue state.
The confused public think this Law is only necessary for defence but it’s actually the pre-arranged and pre-approved justification for starting a major war, as they have already done on minor scales for generations. When (not if but when) America attacks China or Russia or both, their allies will be called on to support them and we will have World War 3. America will attack China and Russia when the bankers realize that Anglo-American domination and control of global financial, political and military force is about to be lost. The geo-political strategy of China, Russia and their BRICS allies is aimed at ending Anglo-American hegemony in order to create a more equitable system for all nations. That’s questionable but today we are very close to the crisis of a tipping point.
