We live in a creation. That should be obvious to all, especially scientists who study the intricacies of physics and biology. Creation is a bad word to most scientists, so they use a new spin by calling it a simulation. What they really mean is intelligent design with a degree of fakery to cast doubt on all creation narratives, with the bible’s version being the true target.
Simulation or not, Jesus the Creator, entered into His own creation as a man to redeem fallen mankind by dying in this world as the only sinless human. All sin and curse entered mankind through one man, Adam. Similarly, one man Jesus, abolished the curse and damnation for all humans who believe in Him and what He accomplished. He will return to live and reign in this “Simulation” for a thousand years before destroying it and setting up a new heaven and earth.
Designing this simulation, as they call it, is no easy task. Mess with any of the constants of physics and none of it works. Many constants have to coexist in harmony. You could make an argument the constants are changing, such as the speed of light. If so, then I contend the constants change in tandem, and that the rate of change, deceleration, or acceleration are a constant. Changing constants would likely be tied to the expanding universe. I view light speed as instant travel for the traveler. For the observer, this instant travel gets slower and slower as the universe expands. As a singularity, light took no time…
As a singularity, light took no time to travel across the universe for traveler or observer. With expansion, the universe became a time gradient with distance. Since space-time stretched out, simultaneous times at different points in space are offset. 3:00 here is simultaneous with 2:00 or 4:00 one light hour away depending on if here is the destination or origin of travel. Light merely travels instantly by maintaining the instant in time from which it was sent as it traverses the universe and its time gradient so that every and any point it reaches is simultaneous with where it came from. in time.
The speed of light probably slows with the expansion of the universe. This slowing would have been very pronounced early on, but may now have decelerated so much as to be very hard to detect, due to the universe being so huge and its expansion now being very much less relative to its size. The speed of light may be a function of the radius of the universe, so that the larger the radius, the more its speed is divided over an expanded time gradient
I ponder whether the speed light constant had to slow to a certain point when the universe expanded enough, to allow other constants to sync up in harmony for the creation of matter and physics as we recognize it. Maybe after the universe expanded sufficiently, matter formed as a kind of precipitate when the different constants finally allowed for it The energy for that could have been taken from expansion by manifesting as gravity. I also view gravity as expansion, buy in a different direction. A black hole creates expansion with its gravity differential. to the point that theoretically it could turn you into spaghetti. What if black holes expanded internally to such a point that the physical constants within them also came into sync and caused matter to precipitate? The universe has similarities to a black hole though, vectors of force or expansion may differ between the two.
Far enough away, the Big Bang is probably still occurring, and slightly less far away, matter is probably still precipitating as physical constants sync up. The distribution and clumpiness of matter may be due to those areas where the physical constants first came in-sync and were unhindered by other factors. Past a certain range of expansion, conditions or physical constants may have no longer been right for matter to precipitate. Perhaps after further expansion, the physical constants will change enough that matter will no longer be held together as it is today. Perhaps this point will be reached when God destroys the current universe and its elements melt in a fervent heat.
