FALSE PROPHETS

In Matthew 24:24, Jesus warns that false messiahs and false prophets will appear and perform great signs and wonders, even to deceive the elect, or God’s chosen people. This verse suggests that deception, even among those closest to God, will be a feature of the end times.

  These false figures will perform impressive feats to gain credibility and deceive people.
