Climate Change is a Ruse for a New World Order Says Adviser to Australian Prime Minister

The U.N. is using climate change as a way to destroy democracy across the globe and replace it with an oppressive new world order says Maurice Newman, a leading business adviser to the Australian Prime Minister.

Writing in Rupert Murdoch’s broadsheet The Australian, Newman said that climate change is a hoax and that the science supposedly supporting it is faulty.

“It’s a well-kept secret, but 95 per cent of the climate models we are told prove the link between human CO2 emissions and catastrophic global warming have been found, after nearly two decades of temperature stasis, to be in error,” wrote Newman a week after U.N. climate change negotiator Christiana Figueres was in Australia to promote practical measures to address the climate change issue reports AFP.

“Why then, with such little evidence, does the U.N. insist the world spend hundreds of billions of dollars a year on futile climate change policies?” Newman asked.

“Perhaps Christiana Figueres, executive secretary of the U.N.’s framework on climate change, has the answer?”

“Figueres is on record saying democracy is a poor political system for fighting global warming. Communist China, she says, is the best model,” Newman wrote.

“This is not about facts or logic. It’s about a new world order under the control of the U.N.

“It is opposed to capitalism and freedom and has made environmental catastrophism a household topic to achieve its objective.”

Newman wrote that he didn’t see these so-called eco-catastrophists giving up their agenda anytime soon.

“After all, they have captured the U.N. and are extremely well funded. They have a hugely powerful ally in the White House.”

Newman is a millionaire stockbroker and head of Prime Minister Tony Abbot’s Business Advisory Council

As evidence of how politically charged this issue is, the Climate Change Council has called for Newman to resign from his position as business adviser to the Australian government.

“His anti-science, fringe views are indistinguishable from those made by angry trolls on conspiracy theory forums and are not befitting of someone with a position of such influence,” the CCC said in a scathing statement posted on their website.

Somewhat fearless, Newman has felt the brunt of heavy handed environmentalists before because of his climate change views.

Last year he said he was subjected to gulag-style “re-education campaign’’ by environmentalists after citing scientists who believed the planet could actually moving towards a cooling phase in a blog he wrote for The Australian, according to The Guardian.

Newman has also accused the media of being too willing in its support of the pro-climate change argument.
